How to stop frequent urination by increasing body temperature

Frequent urination after drinking water is a problem for many people today, so why do we have this problem? I will share how to stop frequent urination based on my experience.

In the past, I was very afraid to go out for coffee with friends because after drinking less than half a glass of water, I had to urinate continuously. At night, I had to wake up to urinate every night, at least once a night.

People often think that it is due to weak kidneys, so I went for a check-up but my kidneys were fine. Why is that? Actually, it is due to lack of fat. Lack of fat is the main cause of frequent urination. Lack of fat makes the body temperature not warm enough, forcing the body to excrete water to maintain the body's warmth. So when there is a lack of fat, no matter how much water you drink, it will all be excreted.

Symptoms: After drinking water, urine becomes clear very quickly; if you don't drink water, urine is yellow. After drinking water, you urinate about 15-30 minutes later.

So how to add fat

- Increase the intake of fatty foods (fatty foods are foods high in oil/fat). Any type of fat used for cooking is fine. However, it must be natural oil/fat such as chicken fat, pork fat, coconut oil, pure olive oil. Because frequent urination is a sign of a lack of fat, you should add more fat to your meals. If you are urinating frequently, you should add fat both day and night.

- Meat dishes such as fried meat, fried eggs, fried fish with a lot of oil.

- You can also eat a lot of fatty nuts such as: macadamia nuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.

- Drink a little diluted ginger water about 50ml every night to warm your feet.

- Eat more fried potatoes in the evening.

- Drink water 30 minutes after eating so that the food is diluted and better absorbed.

- After 3pm, do not eat any fruit, raw vegetables, bitter and sour foods. Because these foods have cooling properties that will lower your body temperature.

To prevent this frequent urination, you just need to change your diet and it will be cured, you do not need to use any medicine. Do this regularly as above, after 1-2 weeks your frequent urination will be significantly reduced.
